






Combine Files
Combine Files is only available to subscribers.
You may combine documents in one of two ways:
- You have at least two documents in your Conversion History
- You upload at least two Adobe PDF files
Documents Available in Conversion History
Select Combine Files from the Conversion Choices page.
Select the order of the documents you would like to combine. If you do not want to include a file for collation, select "N/A" from the Order # pulldown menu.
Click Continue.
Uploading Adobe PDF Files
Click Select a File from the Conversion Choices page.
Click Browse. In the File Upload window, select the Adobe PDF file you would like to upload for collation, then click Open. Click the Continue button.
Note: In Netscape Communicator for Windows, the File upload window defaults to show only HTML files. To see all file types, select All Files (*.*) for Files of Type.
Select "Combination" from the Choose Conversion pulldown menu.
Follow the steps under the "Documents Available in Conversion History" section above.

Password Security Options
You can limit access to all Adobe PDF files created by Create Adobe PDF Online by giving the files passwords and restricting certain features such as printing and editing.
Create Adobe PDF Online uses the RC4 method of security from RSA Corporation to secure PDF files. To add password security to Adobe PDF files, select a password security setting from the pulldown menu under Password Security Options.
Create Adobe PDF Online provides predefined optimization options for 40-bit and 128-bit encryption that prevent users from printing the PDF file.
