URL Conversion Settings

Convert All Linked Pages
Select the Convert All Linked Pages checkbox to create a PDF file that includes the Web page at the URL you type in, plus all of the Web pages linked to that Web page. Be aware that this can result in a very large PDF file and may cause your job to fail if it takes too long to process.

Tagged Adobe PDF
Tagged Adobe PDF files are PDF files that contain logical document structure. Logical structure refers to the organization of a document, such as the title page, chapters, sections, and subsections. Tagged Adobe PDF documents can be reflowed to fit small-screen devices and offer better support for repurposing content. They are also more accessible to the visually impaired.

When subscribers select generation of tagged Adobe PDF files, any hyperlinks that exist in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel files will be retained in the resulting Adobe PDF file.

When subscribers select generation of tagged Adobe PDF files, Create Adobe PDF Online will convert all of the worksheets in your Microsoft Excel file rather than just the active worksheet.

Note: Only subscribers may create Tagged Adobe PDF files.

Check the checkbox for Enable Tagged PDF Generation to create a tagged Adobe PDF file from your original document.

Password Security Options
You can limit access to all Adobe PDF files created by Create Adobe PDF Online by giving the files passwords and restricting certain features such as printing and editing.

Create Adobe PDF Online uses the RC4 method of security from RSA Corporation to secure PDF files. To add password security to Adobe PDF files, select a password security setting from the pulldown menu under Password Security Options.

Create Adobe PDF Online provides predefined optimization options for 40-bit and 128-bit encryption that prevent users from printing the PDF file.
